Our extended return period (30 days)
As an additional service, we voluntarily grant you an extended return period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods. This is the applicable return period for your purchase. Details of the return procedure and who bears the costs can be found on our warranty and returns page.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which:
- you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, where one or more goods ordered under a single order are delivered together;
- you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods, where several goods ordered under a single order are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Casa Vitri Manufaktur GmbH, Im Mediapark 5, 50670 Köln, Germany, telephone: 0221 29265833, email: hello@casavitri.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will do so without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production depends on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalised;
- for the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, whose delivery can take place no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
