Care & Service

Is my glass dishwasher safe?

Yes, absolutely. All casa vitri glasses are dishwasher safe . We use borosilicate glass 3.3, a high-performance material from laboratory technology. It is extremely resistant to chemicals and heat.

Ideally, place your glasses in the top rack of the dishwasher and use the glass holder if your dishwasher has one. We recommend, of course, positioning the glasses so they don't touch other objects to prevent damage.

For best long-term care and to optimize energy efficiency, we recommend programs in the range of 50°C to 60°C (e.g. Eco program).

If you have extremely hard, calcareous water in your region, we recommend using a dishwasher descaler and regularly checking the salt level.

Can I also use my glass for hot drinks?

Yes. Borosilicate glass 3.3 is known for its extreme resistance to thermal shock . Our glasses can easily withstand high temperature fluctuations, making them ideal for coffee, tea, or mulled wine.

What is the best way to care for my Casa Vitri glasses?

1. Dishwasher: Use a dishwasher if you prefer, as it ensures the most even cleaning. Make sure it is positioned correctly to avoid any mechanical impacts.

3. No abrasives: Avoid abrasive sponges or cleaning agents to protect the surface.

Shipping & Returns

How long does delivery take?

Since our glasses are manufactured regionally in Germany and shipped from a central warehouse, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. Every package is insured and shipped in specially designed packaging to guarantee the integrity of your unique piece .

Can I change my delivery address afterwards?

As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can change the delivery address . Please contact our customer service immediately at hello@casavitri.com . We'll make sure your unique item arrives on time and at the correct location.

What happens if my glass is damaged during shipping?

Despite our special, shockproof packaging, if your glass arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately and free of charge . Please report the damage as soon as possible after receipt, including a photo, to our customer service at hello@casavitri.com.

Can I track my order/delivery?

Yes, you can. All our glasses are shipped insured via DHL; you will receive a tracking link from us so you can track the delivery.

How does the return process work if I'm not satisfied?

We are confident in the quality of our products and offer you a 60-day money-back guarantee (from receipt of the goods).

Returns are free for you. To start the process, simply send us an email with your order number to hello@casavitri.com . We'll take care of everything else.

How long will I have to wait for my refund?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected, we will refund you the amount due immediately. It takes approximately 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
